Hey Everyone!

Here is the information necessary for you to make travel arrangements for Training Camp and for making your way home at the end of your trip.

First, If you are driving, you need to arrive at AIM headquarters in Gainesville, GA BETWEEN 4PM AND 5:30PM on June 22nd.

Next, if you are flying, we will meet you in the Atlanta airport in the afternoon. Your flight MUST arrive BEFORE 3PM EST on June 22nd.

After your flight lands, go pick up your baggage, and then ask for directions to the Atrium. We will sit outside Atlanta Bread Company in the Atrium. Please note, there is more than one ABC in the airport...be sure you go to the Atrium. If you see a giant dinosaur skeleton, you're in the right place.

Last, you have to tell us your plans. We have a checklist at the airport. You get your name on the checklist by filling out the Training Camp section of your Mobilization Tab.

Registration will take place for all participants from 4-6pm June 22nd. Parents planning to travel with participants to AIM headquarters are invited to stay for dinner and a parents' reception from 6-7:30pm that evening.

For your flight home, please arrange to depart Saturday July 7th between 10am and 2pm.

Once you have made your arrangements, it is important that you communicate to us your travel plans.  You can do this by going to the My Mobilization Tab on your profile and clicking on the Travel Page.  You can enter in all the details of your travel plans there.

Questions? No problem. Give me a call in the office and I'll be more than happy to help you out.

Have a great day!
